Terms of use

The service

FRIEBIKER is an app and a website to organise group motorcycle rides, plan routes and see the group during the ride. It is provided by APICONS, S.L., tax ID B88810601, Calle Albahaca 2, 18006 Granada (Spain), registered in the Granada Commercial Register, volume 5360, folio 1, sheet GR-65366. Contact: info@apicons.es.

It is in a testing phase: it may change, fail or become unavailable without notice.

Safety on the road

Do not handle the phone while riding. Use an approved mount and set up the route before you start. Always follow traffic rules and signs: they take precedence over the app.

Routes are calculated with OpenStreetMap data and may contain errors: closed, unpaved or unsuitable roads.

Possible-crash detection, the SOS button and the group alerts are experimental aids: they may miss an accident, alert when there is none, or not arrive without coverage. FRIEBIKER does not replace emergency services. In an emergency, call 112.

Your account and your content

You are responsible for your account and what you publish (names, routes, descriptions). Do not publish other people's data without permission or illegal or offensive content.

What you create remains yours. You allow us to store it and show it to whoever you choose (your crew, your ride or anyone with the link).

We may suspend accounts that use the service abusively or illegally.

Liability

We use reasonable means to keep the service working but do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, APICONS, S.L. is not liable for damages arising from the use of routes, positions or alerts in the app. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
