The route leaves Chelva and follows the CV-35 north-west. It passes Tuéjar and climbs to Titaguas, up on the plateau, finishing in Aras de los Olmos. It is the natural continuation of the road that follows the Turia up from Valencia, and a link towards the Serranía de Cuenca and Teruel.
The whole ride is in the Serranía, through the municipalities of Chelva, Tuéjar, Titaguas and Aras de los Olmos. The landscape shifts from the valleys of Chelva and Tuéjar, with market gardens and pine woods, to the high, open country of Titaguas and Aras, with cereal fields and scrub. What makes it special is the peace: small villages, very little traffic and a road that invites a steady pace.
It is about 30 km and a little under an hour without stops, with around 55 bends and one hairpin. Altitude ranges from about 470 m to about 940 m. The bends are mostly wide, but do not let your speed creep up. There is a short unpaved section of about 2 km. In winter there can be ice on the higher part.
