The route leaves Villar del Arzobispo and passes Losa del Obispo on the way to Chulilla. From there it follows the CV-395 and CV-394 to Sot de Chera and finishes in Chera. Sections of the CV-347 and CV-35 are also used along the way. It is a one-way ride on minor roads, well away from the main routes, and it can be extended on other roads in the area.
The ride stays in the Los Serranos area, through the municipalities of Villar del Arzobispo, Losa del Obispo, Chulilla, Sot de Chera and Chera. The gorges are the main draw: Chulilla looks down on the Turia from the top of its rock, and Sot de Chera lies in the Reatillo valley between limestone walls. The roads are narrow and twisty, with constant bends and views over the ravines.
It is about 33 km and a little over an hour without stops, with some 180 bends and four hairpins. Altitude ranges from about 220 m to about 645 m. The village crossings are narrow and Chulilla gets a lot of visitors at weekends, with cars parked along the approaches. In the hills there may be gravel, rocks on the road or loose animals.
